KUSF In Exile 01.01.12 8-10 AM Whiskey Before Breakfast DJ Richard White

A two hour set of Folk, Acoustic, Flat Picking, Traditional, Bluegrass, Contemporary, and everything else related with waking up in a relaxed way to get the Sunday started off. Originally a radio show that was on WKSU, with Kerry Blech in the 70's, which led to the Folk Alley that we hear now.

'Tis with the greatest of pleasure that I put out this show for the bright new year, which looks like it's already brimming with more of the same old fuckin' shit. Ah well, I spent this very morning at the comfort of my little hovel at the edge of The 'Loin slapping together these songs for your perusal while the Deadheads across the street from me prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that euthanasia has its possibilities. May they be furthur away from me!

The first hour of the show is all New Year's songs, of course. The second hour is given over to the newly minted septuagenarian, Country Joe McDonald. Let it roll!
